Chocolate Cake
200 g - 70% cacoa chocolate
2 dL - milk
75 g - unsalted butter
75 g - flour
2 tbl.sp. - baking powder 125g sugar
4 eggs (separate yoks and whites)
Melt chocolate, butter and milk on bain marie. Then take it out of the heat and mix with the flour, sugar, egg yoks and baking powder. Whisk to raise the egg whites and mix gently. Bake for around 10 min in a 200º C oven (preheated 250ºC) on a buttered and floured sprinkled cake
Let it cool down before trying to remove from
You can coat it with nothing at all, icing sugar, fruit... or with the chocolate topping below!
Chocolate Coat (optional)
50 g good chocolate
water
Melt chocolate with a little bit of water also using the bain marie technique and cover cake!
