Pack of tortellini (ricotta and spinach)
Pureed Tomato
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Small red onion
Garlic clove
Parmesan Cheese
Lemon zest
Chop onion and garlic and let it cook a bit on a pan with olive oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar and salt. Add the tomato sauce and let it sit in medium heat while the tortellini and broccoli cook (i prefer to steam cook rather then boil it in water so it doesn't fall apart or gets to soft and turgid). In the end, just add the lemon zest and cheese to the sauce and there you have it.. i enjoyed it!
