Dinner Quick and Easy!

Bruschetta pear tomato, mushrooms and mozzarela

Chop the tomato, season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and a bit of syrup (small pear tomato is a little bit acidic), add basil leaves chopped! Toss a handful of sliced mushrooms in heated saucepan and add a sprikle of vodka, season. Assembly bruschettas by placing slices of bread (not to thin or they will burn), mushrooms, tomatoes, mozzarella... season and moist with a string of olive oil. Let it toast in a heated oven, use the top grill only (pre-heat the whole oven first)... enjoy!
