Weekend Food!

Grilled Burgers with Crispy Onions And Spinach Cream with Mascarpone!


Season meat minutes before hitting the grill... Salt pepper and whatever you like! Never "re-do" burgers, grill for 2 minutes and turn meat so to get criss cross from grill... turn over and never "re-do"!

For the onion rings, slice the onion thinly in whole slices. Dust in flour, salt, pepper, dry garlic powder (...) and then deep fry until golden brown!

Use frozen spinach cream and if to salty (happens to me all the time) fix it with cream or mascarpone! It turned out fine!
